On August 11, Minsk / Tatyana Chumakova - BELTA /. Four banks in Belarus are providing preferential loans for school supplies. This was announced today at a press conference by Nina Pashko, Head of the Department for the Organization of the Non-Food Consumer Market of the Ministry of Trade, commenting on Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 1052 of August 6, 2011. These banks are Belarusbank, Belinvestbank, Belagroprombank, and Belpromstroybank. Nina Pashko noted that preferential loans are issued to absolutely all categories of citizens without exception. Loans are issued at 10% for a period of up to three years. Preferential loans can be obtained for the purchase of outerwear for schoolchildren, children's shoes, satchels, student backpacks, and youth bags.
